Yoga completely changed my life when I started in 2006 at the University of Oregon. I started with a Kundalini Yoga class as taught by the Kundalini Research Institute.
I experienced my stress levels plummeted and my energy increase. I experienced an incredible clarity within my mind and perhaps more profound, I began anchoring my being in my soul awareness rather than identifying as the body and mind.
I dedicated, trained and taught in that tradition for 14 years. All the while I taught touring at festivals, retreats, and my own events. My latest training was a 300 hour teacher training in India, May 2020 in the Sattva Yoga tradition.
Yoga, breath work and meditation is something I do daily for 1-3 hours a day because it gives me a daily boost to live my most optimal life.
I am passionate about teaching it because I have seen the benefits in myself and others in regards to their body, mind, energy and presence. It’s profoundly healing and brings so much meaning into people’s lives.
I have experienced myself and others kick addictive behaviors, bad habits, decrease stress, balance hormones, calm emotions, heal disorders, calm the mental chatter, eliminate anxiety, feel embodied, increase presence and bring ever new joy into their lives.
These practices are for everybody and all levels. There is something for everyone and at all levels of practice.
