Om Namo Narayani Ma
Jai Ma Jai Ma Jai Ma Narayani Ma
In the vedic/yogic tradition, Narayani is the supreme Mother of the Universe that brings light, love and peace to restore goodness and righteousness to our world. Chanting or invoking her name brings about those qualities.
Narayani is the embodiment of the three Hindu (tri-Devi) Shakti Goddesses: Sri Mahalakshmi (Goddess of wealth, abundance, love and beauty), Sri Saraswati (Goddess of wisdom, music, healing and the arts), and Sri Durga (Goddess of strength and courage).
Some interpretations of Narayani include: "Exposer of Consciousness," "the one who represents the real nature of the material world," or "she who provides the basis for all living things"
"Namo" means to bow or hold reverence. "Ma" is mother. "Jai" is praise or hail.
